We’re committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. Our services include on-site waste separation for recycling and a transition to low-carbon and electric vehicles for collection and delivery throughout East Anglia and London.
To further enhance our eco-friendliness, we installed 671 solar panels at our main warehouse in 2023. On sunny days, these panels generate enough power to run the entire site, significantly reducing our reliance on conventional energy sources.
We operate the Archive Storage & Retrieval Ltd renewable electricity generating station, which generates electricity from solar photovoltaic sources. Electricity generated is used on site where available, with surplus electricity exported to the electricity network.
Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs) are issued for eligible generation and recorded on the UK Renewable Electricity Register. REGOs issued for this generating station are supplied to current energy supplier – Valda Energy.
